  • If this does not work, you will need to do an Archive & Install of the OS.
  • If running the Apple combo updater and installing (then updating) Microsoft Office after using "Remove Office", does not work, then the user should do an Archive & Install of the OS.

This is especially important if you are sharing your Entourage or Outlook Identity. Not sure what caused it, but it started on my last MacBook Pro. Now I am thinking: Maybe a reboot was all that was needed in my case which did not necessarily require rebuilding the database.
