I can successfully create an excel database and template (xlt) files using the add-in. It made a separate workbook with the csv data in the usual XL default format and ignored my template. weblink

Unless the form wizard writes an invisible macro, there are none for this sheet. Any ideas how I can get this working again? Since the upgrade to excel 2003 when I open a saved copy of an employee status it says 'cannot open template wizard'. It sounds like some lines got deleted or the defined name that points to a macro now points to the wrong place.
Can anyone help???
