We're printing to a particular networked Dell 1815 (Cpt.) with the PCL 6 installed (through a print server). I got the same debug error after trying to install the driver via Windows Update (with only the server printer installed). Using Windows 2008 R2 terminal server. I'm sure there is a registry change or permissions fault somewhere as we have loads of other Dell PC's exactly the same as this one, running exactly the same software, doing Only the user i made for my tests had it.
See if this works for you: create a Fonts directory inside the virtual Windows directory (c:\Users\%username%\Windows\Fonts). Absolutely nothing. (I use Windows XP Pro SP2 by the way. Most-recently-used entries on the File menu will be removed. this content I also noticed its only to html printing (clear text works just fine...)
