So it looks like that path is not picked up by Eclipse, or perhaps there is another PATH variable I don't know about. I found a few solutions, like deleting the mingw make (there is a mingw-make.exe) or restarting a hundred time or changing from 64 to 32 bits (not an option for me), I am following close behind, hoping you find all these useful tricks before I need to ! My path was wrong in two ways: I had "C:\MinGW\minGW32\bin" instead of "C:\MinGW\bin"; I don't know what I was thinking; and I didn't have "C:\MinGW\msys\1.0\bin". I checked the project and path settings, but I have not seen place to fix the warnings.

GCC is an old version as of when I checked, 2001.
