Its says I can clock the Ram 5-4-4-15 2T with 2.1 volts. that version isnt really reliable.im sure you already have but just incase make sure you run the version on a bootable floppy or cd , it works much better outside of

Possible bad motherboard? You may have bad modules or one stick just doesn't like being paired up with another.
