Actually, I think it's better to use the Advanced panel in DW instead of the basic one, because it contains more information and I was able to identify the proper path
It is just another coding environment, isn't it? I have uploaded the HTML file and supporting images on my public_html folder, which I assume is the 'ROOT folder'. you can do pretty much everything with DW except administer your MySQL database. There is not web server running on the URL.3.
