Dentrix Patient Chart Not Responding I don't really know, that's the the case I was in, it was four years ago(!) that I ran these steps, and we have since moved off of Dentrix Image. To get this hybrid system (image files on “dentrix server”, image database on “idb server”) to work: Install Dentrix Image as a server install on a Windows XP machine.
