- I discovered that didn't work either.
- Unplug the monitor and hold down the monitor’s power button for 30-30 seconds.
- Based on both of these things, my only guess is that something could be running in the background which somehow makes the computer think it's in use.
- Any idea on how to make it turn off with it plugged in though?
